Our Simple Rules for Working Together
Welcome to Ruch Lokalny Konsulting. We believe in clear talk and honest work. These rules are here to make sure we're all on the same page when you use our business consulting and marketing services. Think of it as a clear handshake before we start working to help your Polish business grow.
Who We Are and What These Terms Mean
Ruch Lokalny Konsulting (that's 'Local Movement Consulting' in Polish) is here to help local small businesses like yours in Poland. When we say 'we,' 'us,' or 'our,' we mean Ruch Lokalny Konsulting. When we say 'you' or 'your,' we mean the business or person using our services. These 'Terms of Service' are the rules for how we work together. Reading them helps us avoid misunderstandings later. What We Offer (Our Services)
We offer practical advice and strategies for business growth, marketing, and making your brand stronger for companies here in Poland. This includes things like business advice, local marketing plans, help with operations, and making you stand out. The exact services we provide to you will be agreed upon separately, usually in a proposal or specific agreement we discuss together. We promise to do our best work, just like we would for our own business. What We Expect From You
To do our best work, we need your help. This means giving us accurate and complete information about your business when we ask for it. It also means making timely payments for our services. We also expect you to work with us openly and honestly. If you have questions or concerns, speak up! We're a team.About Payments
Our fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon before we start any major work. We'll send you an invoice, and payment terms will be clearly stated on it. Typically, payments are due within a certain number of days (e.g., 7 or 14 days) from the invoice date. If payments are late, we might need to pause our services until things are sorted out. All prices will be quoted in Polish Złoty (PLN) unless otherwise stated, and will include VAT if applicable.Keeping Things Private (Confidentiality)
We understand your business information is sensitive. We promise to keep confidential any private information you share with us, like your business secrets, customer lists, or financial data. We won't share it with others unless you tell us we can, or if the law absolutely requires us to. We expect you to also keep our discussions and advice confidential.Who Owns What (Intellectual Property)
Any plans, strategies, or reports we create specifically for your business as part of our services become yours once you've paid for them. However, our general methods, tools, and materials we use to deliver our services (like our consulting frameworks) remain our property. You can't use our methods for other businesses without our written permission. When Things Don't Go As Planned (Limitation of Liability)
We give practical advice based on our experience and the information you provide. But we can't guarantee specific results, as business success depends on many things outside our control. We won't be responsible for any indirect or unexpected business losses that might happen from using our advice. Our total responsibility to you for any issue will never be more than the amount you paid us for the specific service where the problem occurred.Ending Our Work Together
Either you or Ruch Lokalny Konsulting can end our service agreement. If you want to stop, please let us know in writing. We'll work out any remaining payments for services already provided. We also reserve the right to end services if these terms are seriously broken or if we can no longer effectively help your business, giving you reasonable notice.Changes to These Rules
Sometimes we might need to update these terms. If we do, we'll put the new date at the top of this page. For any big changes, we'll try to let you know directly. It's a good idea to check this page once in a while to see if anything has changed. The Law We Follow
These terms and any disagreements that come from them will be guided by the laws of Poland. If there's a serious problem we can't solve together, we agree to try and sort it out in the courts located in Poland.Got Questions? Get in Touch.
If anything in these terms is unclear, or you just want to talk about them, please reach out. We're here to help local Polish businesses, and that includes clear communication.Email: info@gordinez.com
